If you're like me, you love feeling like an athlete and being excited about working out with a training plan that just covers all your bases. You want to be strong, look like you lift and know you're making gains week to week with a plan rooted in progressive overload.

I created Sustainably Jacked to hit the sweet spot of strength + hypertrophy so that you can lift heavy, feel strong and catch those gains in the mirror too. 

I love helping people in their pursuits of becoming Sustainably Jacked, looking like they lift, making gains, all in 3 or 4 days a week. Work hard, rest hard and have the most fun!

A fully equip gym with machines will more than likely have everything you need, if your gym doesn't happen to have the piece of equipment, there will be substitutes listed within the workouts. 

IN THE GYM:

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO MAKE GAINS:

AT HOME:

Adjustable bench, variety of sets dumbbells (~5-50lbs)  or adjustable dumbbells, a barbell, squat rack or half rack and plates.

*It is possible to do the at home program with just dumbbells, an adjustable bench + bands.

From start to finish, generally workouts are ~35-50 minutes long.

Anytime is a good time. The training programs are designed to be started and completed by you on your own timeline. You have the freedom to start, stop, pause, restart or even adjust it back a couple days because the busy season you're in called for it.

The training blocks are 6 weeks long which include intro/deload weeks. In order to make the best strength and muscle gains, your body needs time to adapt to the training stimulus aka doing the same workout a couple times and trying to match and/or beat your performance each time. 

There is an on-demand cardio section within the app that includes HIIT cardio, various metcon + conditioning circuits and zone 2 sessions for you to add into your week

I will be active in the group messaging chat for weekly film review and answering any questions that come up as well as private messaging if you have a personal question 

The 4 day training split (for both at home and the gym) will be 2 upper / 2 lower body days  
The 3 day training split (for both at home and the gym) will be 1 upper / 1 lower / 1 combo body days 

100% yes! You will have access to BOTH the at home and gym training programs within the app. Feel free to hybrid between the 2 if you do half of your workouts at the gym and the other half at home.

Payments are automatic and recur each month on the day you signed up. You can cancel at anytime and will have access to the training app for 30 days from your last completed payment.
